Shipping Destinations:

QTP currently offers shipping services to destinations within the United States. We ONLY provide international shipping for paid orders of "GENDER GRIP" at this time.

Order Processing and Fulfillment:

1. Processing Times: Upon receiving your order, our dedicated team will work diligently to process and fulfill it. Please allow 2 weeks for order processing.

2. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders, with delivery times estimated at 2 weeks business days after processing. Expedited shipping options are not available at this time.

3. Shipping Fees: We are pleased to offer 100% FREE national shipping on every Build-A-Queer kit order. There are no hidden shipping fees or charges. The shipping costs for Gender Grip are determined through precise calculations carried out by the United States Postal Service (USPS).

Delivery Details:

1. Delivery Address: Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for undeliverable orders due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

2. Order Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and delivery progress of your order.

3. Delivery Time: While we make every effort to deliver your order promptly, please note that delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and unforeseen shipping delays.

4. Delivery Confirmation: Orders are considered delivered once they are confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier service.
